When Goldmet tried to make their move on MMY, we were contacted by agents for Goldmet, and Richard Cushing for MMY. They were trying to influence their side in the vote.

How many people have got a call from anyone about booting out current management???

The company has a daily total on who has voted, and how ..... So with the results about to made "public" .... management is not in a panic.

I really think a "Class action lawsuite " would be the way to go..... it would cost the company money .... but then we would have new management and Directors to run this "could be" wonderful company.

I am ALL IN for a class action lawsuit with FIRST SPECIFIC GOAL TO GET RID OF incumbent Board, that's most practical way forward after current BoD and management would continue happily ignoring commong shareholders, and continue their fraudulent actions after today's AGM non-event.
