Dear Friends
What is occuring is very problematic and from my perspective not legal.
I have started preparing a document that lists the issues that the Board of Directors need to consider.
Based on the AGM material their are a few issues, that are in question.
This document will take a few more days to complete and I anticipate it will be issued next Monday Morning at the latest.
I hope once reviewed all the parties will follow my actions.
The first action will be to notify Monument Mining Limited and the Directors of our request.
The second action will be to notify the regulators of the issues.
I will monitor the blogs in the interim, please be patient as the document is volumous and includes factual information Monument Mining has released.
Plaese vote NO to the proposal and WithHeld to all directors.

Gazoo.... if it's for the current AGM..... you are a couple months too late..... they don't have to look at it..... ....... Richard
