Cup, I just re-read your post and I think what you are saying is that if the spot price drops 50 % the the divi would go from $1.20 to 60 cents right?

Cup is probably chilling on a beach somewhere knowing the divvys will be coming in soon. I think .60 might be a little aggressive for the first year, but .25 to start and go up from there may be realistic. This will more than likely be 3-4x higher at this time next year.

If you want to see where this might be! Look at T.DIV.   It pays $.235 a share dividend and is trading at $2.74 and been up to $3.30. We will be much stronger as we are only using 80% for divvy instead of 95%-105%

Chilling on beach is right. If we did 2 million tonnes at 300 cdn we would get 12 million minus taxes etc so 9 million times 80percrny 7 million in dividends. 14 cents a share. Worst case we have a 20 percent yield. If we go Longwall which i expect at 300 long term met coal price 6 million tonnes 14 cents dividends for first 2 million 28 cents for next 2 million and 28 cents for bext 2 million. So ...more
