RE: RE: 50 million warrants expiring i believe the original 40c warrants expire this coming weekend (about 58m of them). they had 18 month life and started on 18Feb11.
this will bring down the fully diluted share count to 174m shares or $35m market cap at 0.20 price. afaik there is no debt and almost no cash. there is also very suspicious management with zero culture.
the market cap seems low indeed. i start to see that there may be a deal after all - at say a double the current price. that does not change that all the enterprise was a roayl f#ck up.
