Pretty simple...he was kicked out of the game so he is taking his marbles and going home...He obviously doesnt believe the story. Hes sitting on the board now taking a fee not that salary and leadership role he had.
You need capitulation in these things to move forward. Reum reuined MRS and him selling a lousy 300,000 shares shows how he has no faith and doesnt want to risk 30k in his lifes work...
Sad but good for him to be gone.
I tend to agree with Statesman, Reum seemed to be a part-time CEO of sorts in my opinion. He didn't put all the pieces together ahead of his military bids and that set the company back at least a year.
Francisco Martinez seems to be the guy with the contacts and the drive to make this company a success and Jeff Schwartz knows what it means to work hard and build a company. The synergy between these 2 will be the driving force. Schartz has the manufacturing and from what I understand he can get better financing in place to move the compay without further dilution. Martinez is slowly building out a gold standard product that could not only be adopted by the US Military but other forces around the globe.
Bottom line Reum was probably holding us back from being a real contender and I think a couple of his office cronies should go to. This company needs to run lean and mean now and focus on building up sales any way they can. The Police/Reserve/Swat/NATO/Border Services it doesn't really matter. One US Marine order would get us on the map but the grind away sales to other sources will be cash to keep the lights on and fuel growth. With Reum now in a Director spot he is not in the loop on all current matters and decisions, I think he is just filling a seat to make sure we meet the listing requirements. I highly doubt they are calling him in to a meeting asking for his opinion on where to go next, looking at his track record. This is all just my opinion of course but re-orgs are often needed to get the ball rolling and many CEO's don't like being shown the door.
