Despite The Earlier Cries To Defund The Police

which is absolutely wrong and stupid in my opinion, monies needs to go into the program not out. There is a huge need to actually put resources in so that you keep rotten apples like Chauvin out. What you will see is strong support to the men and women in uniform with the historic trial where officers and even the higher ranking ones stood against Chauvin. This was as clear of an open and shut case as was possible.

The policing and one of the highest ranking person is calling for more integration anc cohesion in the field where the districts are not left on piddalence of monies to operate on which is a huge problem with so many policing segments in the US. I strongly believe there will be the need and the action to improve on this which is actually quite bad as it is clearly apparent what the police have been saying they are heavily underfunded and don't have the means to do their job properly.

CNN is on in my home literally 24 hours. In addition to monies going in trust is about community building and having programs with at risk youths, reaching out to people in the communities and talking with them getting to let people build that rapport. There is a long long ways to go to build the broken faith especially in the ethnic communities but the Chauvin verdict was a huge needed one and Biden himself said there is more work to be done. This to me indicates providing the tools to the police and first responders to get the job done as effectively and effiiciently as possible.

In any case, I see a brighter outlook for this company and I do see more things coming not just ppe. Time will tell all things though but defunding of the police is the worst thing to even consider and I simply know it will not happen not when you see landmark historical cases as with the Chauvin and the continual cry for resources to keep helping things get better. You don't cut monies where it is needed. The Republican theoretically should not have an issue with this.

That said, this isn't saying expand police powers not at all it is saying give them the resources and tools to do their job effectively and keep the rotten apples out!!!

Hey Spidey, CNN 24/7!!?? Perhaps a small dose of non bais media coverage is a necessary prescription for you. The racial situation in the US is not an over night phenomenon, and the democracts have a long history inciting division, check for yourself. The police are like any other sector of society, There are bad apples everywhere in education, religion, business, etc. and especially in politics ...more

I never said the majority of people are racist or bigoted as they are not possibly 20 to 30 percent. As for other facts sure I am open to checking them I have no issues with that. Of course controversy sell news but every time I watch CNN they give everyone a chance to come out and talk but there are those who don't the same group who goes over and distorts things on Fox. Look I know what goes ...more
