Aman Thindal, CPA, CA, has joined Moseda Technologies Inc. as chief financial officer (CFO) and director, and Eugene Beukman has joined the company as a director.

Robert Allen has resigned as CFO and Michael Ainsworth has resigned as a director and chairman of the board. Management and the board would like to thank both Mr. Allen and Mr. Ainsworth for their efforts and contributions.
