To date the financing is still open. I don't know how many shares

subscription agreement for 250k shares and an accompanying
cheque for $ 15k tomorrow
I like the Zeolite acquisition. On the Internet you will find numerous
studies regarding all the different applications.
Our peers continue to develop applications for this "mineral of thousand
uses". Most applications are not proprietary. The property MTB purchased
is the subject of several "Aris" reports. Potential size of the occurrence,
chemical analysis and useful byproducts are mentioned. The natural
occuring "Pozzolan" has been tested for strenghst in
conjunction with Portland Cement. Almost all uses are "environmental friendly"
For example: adding natural pozzolan to Portland Cement would reduce
greenhouse emissions,use of natural Zeolites as a road salt alternatives,application
in treatment of waste water,absorbs hydrocarbon,agriculture and hydroponic uses etc
