RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Still low volume...Actually, the direct wording from the circular is as follows: On June 13, 2012, AUX informed Galway that AUX was not in a position to conclude the Arrangement Agreement and negotiations were terminated. The letter of intent expired.
Those were Hinch's exact words. Nowhere did he ever state negotiations brokedown. Simply terminated because they were not in a position to proceed. Then in July they began assisting Galway in securing the titles with no formal committment to a deal.
Just wanted to clear that up...
