RE:RE:RE:This guy somehow is CEO

RE:RE:RE:This guy somehow is CEOWhat's the opposite of synergy? Taking two separate organizations (Martello and GSX), putting them together and achieving worse results. I wonder if they ever look back a few years and evaluate how reality played out against expectations. 4 years later. I wonder what kind of discussions took place behind close doors, but this has been Ugly, even more so for a type of business that one would intuitively think there was an increasing need. It is not like they tried to redesign a carburetor in an engine while everyone sees EVs as the future.

Terry had this to say. "Martello is primed for continued growth and is adding senior leadership experience to ensure they get there. John has a proven background and private sector experience, which will help him guide Martello through the next stages of corporate execution."

The new CEO had this to say, "“I’m very pleased with the opportunity to join Martello. It is an excellent chance for me to help scale further an already profitable business with solid technology and a great team. I look forward to working with the full team and ensuring the long-term company position as global industry leader.”

It was a private company at the time, so we don`t know how profitable they were, but it shouldn`t be too hard to calculate how unprofitable they have been during the nearly 3 and a half years they have been public.
