From experienceBeen using MS Teams for a few years now. Can't recall one time with significant connectivity issues, certainly zero times when I would consider contacting or letting IT support know. And I am fairly confident that my place nor the ones I talked to had Vantage DX. So, I have to admit that I really don't have a good appreciation of what it offers, and given the sales.....
