at 3c waiting for permits  it is a no brainer.

ofcourse ,  that easy to say,  not having bought at much higher and sitting on a huge loss for years

even if they  did find another Victor,  it would be another 10-15 years before it was built. Countless ups and downs.

My advice to you is to buy more now and sell when the permits come in,  1, 2, 4 years form now,

your 5c will turn to 20c overnight ,  and sell.

as for actualy turing your invested $1 into $80?  if you can wait 15 years (and all the ups and downs) and take the rlsk the deposit may still not be economic,  well that is what it takes to turn your $1 inti $80.   or not.

thats my 2c.
