No, I disagree, lol. When Chad, Jennifer and Vern exercised & sold their options and employees and family sold their donated shares in August 2019, they were simply plain lucky. It is all legal as the insiders had filed their Sedi report in public disclosures. Canaccord and Leeds Jones Gable were marketing shares at $6.50 to their clients. I don't want to use a non reg account. then I got CRA asking me to redo all my captial losses etc .. It's a huge pain. BUT if they get the new first home buyer accounts setup at my broker that will give me another 8k room. in my non reg account I just keep life time hold dividend stocks I dont ever plan on selling and just collect them dividends....
