Start of dillling news would not be material, but significant results would be. It has zero, nada or zilch effect on MTX's stock price. To wit:

"...Generally, information that is material information must be disclosed. The basic disclosure requirements are found in securities laws which requirements are then expanded upon by the policies and rules set by exchanges.
