The fund seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of global equities in the materials sector. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Materials Index (the Underlying Index), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC (SPDJI), a subsidiary of S&P Global, Inc., deems to be part of the materials sector of the economy and that SPDJI believes are important to global markets. It is a subset of the S&P Global 1200.

RE:WarrantsRegarding the stock options incentive expiry of 2020, isn't there a standard protocol most companies follow to automatically set them at least a few years out? Eg. Whether IamGold planned all along to buy Merrex out early 2016 or not, that they still would have set the stock options incentive expiry date far out in 2020 just as a standard industry practice to set it at least a few years out? Is it really a sign of IamGold trying to play games or just typical to have them expire a few years out?
