Positive note regarding insider selling on Dec. 6th@CndStockTrader from ceo.ca/mxl post the other day. "as I assume an fund is dumping MXL as shown in insider trading. Fund clean up the books this time of year to make themselves look clean for the new year and is a great time to load up on cheap shares. Gold will rock in 2018 as the US enters into a recession and bitcoin implodes. Stocks like MXL will rock and $.09 will look like a dream to buy at this price."

He's a trustworthy source he's been in the game for years. Today Dan also clarified with me that insider selling last week was to provide cash to the company to help with future obligations. Which makes sense that they wouldn't undergo a reverse split as they are not in desperation mode for funds.
