Hidden gem?

Hidden gem?With all the big pockets investors who already know about this company and are not buying in like crazy, i sometimes think i may be dumb thinkinh this is a gem with a 5-10x opportunity. Also, why is management not buying more at these prices if they knew it would pop big time in the near future?
