Anybody have any insight into what caused BMO to decide to accumulate 1.2 M shares yesterday on really no news ?

Obviously when your talking a $0.025 stock even that  vol is not a lot of money. I was asking what would cause  1  1 / 2 million shares to  trade on no news when previous vol.. was much much lower.
