On the flip side there has not been any insider selling. Ash owns 2.2 million shares, Darren has 11 million so both would have also seen a significant paper value decline in their $$$$ holdings from $6 a share to $1. No hidden agenda.

All the financial filings are up to date and posted on sedar. Personally, I prefer when a business issues a news release and share the highlights along with the NR.
