You're right though ... this is a throwback to the heyday years of pump & dump in the 70s until the mid-90s Bre-X scam put the junior miners on life support for a time, except that at that time, the promoters were proud to advertise themselves.
On the websites for this current batch, they don't even bother to create a "Corporate (Mgmt/Directors, Advisors) heading.
The office location and PO Box info is also old school promoter style, but here, you can only find their identity by randomly rumaging around, checking articles.
