Valuing Gold Exploration Companies

Valuing Gold Exploration CompaniesInteresting article from last year I came across via Seeking Alpha.

If the mind set of larger producers is to not over pay for their acquisitions, like they did in the last gold boom of the 2000's, then either NFG will hopefully have a top of the world class resource over 20 million ounces + to attract a higher takeover premium in the future or they will be better off taking the property to production themselves, which would potentially provide long term shareholders better value.

This article I thought summed it up nicely, for what its worth.
