SUN VALLEY: Old Fox is a mental patient in a Canadian mental health facility (Alberta). When the nurse is on break, he somehow finds a way to wheel himself down the hall to the nurses' station, even though he is in restraints, and finds a way to get on the computer and types stuff with his tongue, which explains his sloppy diction. Please don't hold anything against him. We've been dealing with him for years over on the Novo board, and have grown to enjoy his frequent rants which we now regard as therapy.
