RE:Slow labs, deep gold systems, and holding back assays

RE:Slow labs, deep gold systems, and holding back assayshowdy Flyder,

not sure about what exactly has to be reported and when as a "Junior" but that "status" is significant.

i always looked at it like the Vancouver Exchange, a little looser with rules and regulations, kinda like the otcbb but not as bad as pink sheets where anything goes, we do not have a NI 43-101, Resource Estimate, a confirmed and inferred mineral resource, tonnes and ounces (thus a mine-able project), so under the status as "Junior" anything released can always be subject to speculation.

that being said, until we get to the big leagues, and kudos to NFGC as they already behave like a big league pro, there's little doubt that we will have a proven resource but that takes time and understandably, folks get anxious, it's always a risk, it's the times we live in, IF you ever find yourself in that predicament remember this;

Kirkland Lake, Ontario is known for "The Golden Mile", to date, since 1933, they have sunk 7 shafts.

Flyder wrote: AlwaysLong, you made some great points that I have been wondering all along as well.  To your comments I add: if a company does a major step-out from last known mineralization and hits bonanza grades, is that not material information that needs to be news released right away, and not held back for weeks, months?  Have they not significantly expanded the deposit, making that material information?

Well, now, take Kirkland Lake's latest news release.  Two things of significance:

1.  They have hit high-grade gold 500 m down plunge from their deepest known mineralization at the Swan Zone, and 1000 m down-plunge at Robbin's Hill.  They are showing that these orogenic systems are HUGE, and keep going down deeper and deeper.

2.  They released results from 197 holes!  Talk about holding back assay results and releasing them all at once!
