- "The test work program announced in the Company’s November 4th release is ongoing. The Company anticipates receiving results from laboratory work undertaken for this program by mid-to late January 2022 and will report its independent consultants findings shortly thereafter."
NFG also told us that initial assaying utilizing CHryos PhotonAssay is underway.
1) "An initial batch of 80 whole-core Queensway samples was released from Australian customs last week"
2) "Intertek is now proceeding with Chrysos PhotonAssayTM analysis of these samples"
3) Results from this work are anticipated shortly and will be reported when received.
We were previously informed that these were going to be processed on a rush basis using slots generously provided by NOVO resources and that it doesn;t take very long for the Chrysos process to be completed from start to finish.
So drill cores reached Chysos in the week of Dec 6-10. They are being processed on a rush basis. The Chysos process is fast in comparison with traditional assay methods. But we don't know how fast.
Therefore It's still possible that we could receive these results in 2021 depending upon how quickly the process takes and whether the Chrysos staff have time off over the Christmas holidays.
Perhaps the turnaround on this new technology is measured in days vs weeks. An announcement next week could be awesome!
