Don't know what's driving the share price up. Because of the big move up yesterday my anticipation was that it would fall today as traders took profit. Of course it still might. Maybe the reason is, as someone else mentioned awhile back, the bias in assay results has been satisfactorily addressed by the company. The reasons put forward by the company cited improper sampling and possibly lab errors. The fact that they have resumed sending samples for fire assay to ALS, seems to indicate, though not stated, that the bias was lab generated. That was the message I took from the relevant paragraph in the last news release.

They didn't mention about sending samples to the other lab so you would think they had a problem there.We can presume all we want but until they come out and say what happened, who knows

They were very proactive and did not attempt to hide or minimize the problem. The market appears to have moved on and NFG should do the same. There's nothing to be gained by beating a dead horse. NFG will definetly be adressing bias tssue. The need to clear up issue is needed to clear the slate and remove doubt NO they may not......you want them clear up something that may be unsolvable? Having worked in a medical lab you see certain tests that seem to get skewed. Sometimes you just accept their is bias. Maybe I should run my nails down the blackboard so you pay attention.

We know that there will be a final report because the company told up there would be one -- in the most recent NFG Press Release --  "The test work program announced in the Company’s November 4th release is ongoing. The Company anticipates receiving results from laboratory work undertaken for this program by mid-to late January 2022 and will report its independent consultants

QH just mentioned at Crescat about Bloom's involvement as assay OK to  proceed at ALS and should have assays soon from Chrysos IKE

Ike, did Q.H. say peopel will be very pleased and then say, I'm optimistic?  The Greek thinks Q.H. knows that investors will be very pleased.  The Greek here, NfG has set the table, but the food might be a couple of weeks late, or maybe not.

Thanks for that link ELD.  I was looking for it too. He sure sounds positive on coming results.  however it also sounds like we won't hear anything until January.  that's ok

    Yes I think it's possible for NFG to release results from the Perth, Australia lab before Christmas for reasons you gave above. That would be great.  However, I do think Quinton Hennigh said it would be after Jan 1 but I'm not sure if he was referring to the Perth lab or if it was the Canadian lab. And I find it strange that they made absolutely no mention of

That's why they should have done their homework first, internally, before they announced the bias in a NR. Taking the stock from ~$13 to $7 because of it, hurt quite a few people.

    I missed this paragraph below in the last news release. They still have plans to send whole core samples to Val d'Or, Quebec. Sorry I missed that little bit of information. So if I was a betting man which I am, lol. I would say the issue is with Eastern Analytical (EA) which had given low assay results previously which led to the bias issue in the first place. NFG have

I guess what I was saying Megacopper is that they should have completed their analysis with ALS, Eastern and Chrysos first, before releasing a NR to the public.

Yes well it's all behind us now from the sounds of it. Let's get them labs turning out some mind blowing assay results again. We were spoiled last spring with those numbers. But hey I'll take them if they got more to offer. They have been drilling some new targets near the other high grade zones so eventually they will hit into another sweet high grade zone.   And I'm

my guess is that the Lab could not believe the samples they were seeing, and biased the results to slightly lower grades. We will see a jackpot of world class results with the improved testing. And we will all be rich (or richer) soon. Its that simple.
