RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Larisa SprottEric has already picked up 31.4% of NFG without any such documents.  He doesn't need such documents to pick up another 20%.  This debate is about ownership, not mining.

Was he silly to sink some $450 million CAD into an exploration company without such documents?  He is a believer in the geology.  The lawyers and the accountants and the studies you mention will come later.  They currently don't exist.
