NFG - Speculation or investmentBack in 2020-2021 NFG was a speculators dream but those days have come and gone. In 2023 I do not recommend NFG/NFGC to any speculator. As a play it is now too mature. Good press releases barely budge the needle. Daily volume is low.
I do recommend NFG as a 2023-2030 long term investment. They have gold coming out the yin-yang along a major structural break analagous to the Cadillac break of the Abitibi. Queensway is a new gold district in the making that will be pumping out the gold long after all of us are gone. When will all of this be reflected in the share price? - hard to say but macro conditions will probably be the driver. With millions of ozs of gold in the ground please note that NFG is going up and down with the price of gold.
Once upon a time this board was full of speculators, pumpers and shorters. A few of the shorters are still hanging around. Why is a mystery. There isn't much downside left in the stock. It has flat lined based on it's metal value in the ground.
