RE:RE:RE:Marathon Takeover….Management has no strategic visionIt's your money and if you like the float and bloat model practised so far, that's your choice subsuming that you have no problem nor are you offended with the milliions wasted by this management team in their looney toons investment record .

What does that tell you about their  investment / decision making competence.

IMO it is a sign of very weak management if the strategy is to wait for a buyout .
The longer you wait, the greater the dilution and the smaller the profit margin for a buyout.
