Yes of course those conditions apply for the 17.9 years .

Early production would reduce that to 2 years or less excepting building the fully equipped mine.

Thats why they have an exclusive MOU to use the Pine Cove mill which is now being reconfigured to meet expanded production and higher recoveries consistent with the recent QW Mett outcomes .

Its not uncommon either to high grade early production , so very robust cash flows ..
