RE:RE:RE:RE:NGC Management, ie Hugues, are a JOKE, I'll tell you why...
Student zero.  Okay, your definitely growing on me.  Frenchie is still my favourite, but your gaining ground.   I can't believe you called me a “wannabe” comedian...hurt then, still hurts now.  Wow.

RE NOU...I totally disagree with your assessment of the future prospects of that company.  You said some smart stuff in a smart way so I will change my tune with you, for fear of being one upped again.  Ya, I think its fair to say you may have, possibly, most likely inadvertently, one upped me there re your overall rebuttal...well done, however; NOU will never get built IMOA.   The news release we all witnessed today, congrats to them but this is my take.  I know for a fact NOU is burning through lots of cash...things are not as cool, calm and collected as they appear and there are significant problems and issues in house.

The news re GM and Panasonic today I believe is a move for both those companies to gain more control of a poorly run company, NOU.  The key today were the statements re 25 million equity stakes...very important, they were in my mind an effort to gain some control and protect their investments going forward.  The rest of mentioned money in that news release was all subject to "certain closing conditions" and referred timeline wise of, "once in production."  Also very important...there is a lot of money in that news release up in the air not fully committed until NOU can de risk and deliver on their project etc....it was GM and Panasonic’s intention in gaining more control of their own investments, gaining seats on the board enabling them to be in more of a position of a steward for their own capital.  I still congratulate NOU for delivering the first binding contract for the industry, but I do feel the merits of that event are more than just one demential and celebratory.  Time will tell I guess.

I don’t buy for a moment the value you say and believe is associated with Mason's assets, I just don't.  If that deposit was so valuable why did Mason sell it to NOU for pennies on the dollar and get out of the graphite business?  Right at the calm before the storm of an impending industry bull market...ie China pivot in export policy and US IRA colliding etc....give it some time, it's coming.   Doesn't pass the smell test for me regardless of your points.  It doesn't make any sense.  NOU, and the size of their own current deposit, life of mine etc would have been absolutely large enough to get the entire operation going and sustainable enough re financing etc…NOU CEO being called every day by Panasonic and GM re Mason’s deposit…lol, what a load of hogwash.  That is laughable…and how would you ever even know that?  You must be intimately connected with NOU CEO…apparently there is more than one burr under one’s saddle.

The one silver lining point I would make as a Northern shareholder standing on the ledge peering over into the abyss contemplating life...is this, GM and Panasonic took steps today (25 million in equity) to save a drowning company IMHO.  That company NOU, is our biggest competitor in NA at the moment.  That production, whether it materializes or not, will psychologically be taken off the table re other potential OEM partners etc...that is a positive and will help Northern negotiating with everyone who is left.  NOU fired a shot across the bow today to the rest of industry OEM's etc...the music is about to stop, and those without a chair will be left standing, stranded, game over.  Even in this poor macro, deals can get done and future supply can be taken off the table just like that.

If I can borrow your tin foil hat for a moment…I think the GM and Panasonic's move today will pave the way for in the not too distant future, if and when Northern can or will ever be able to finance Baie-Comeau, I believe NOU, now controlled by Panasonic and GM will simply ship their product to Northern for processing at Baie-Comeau…it doesn't make sense to have two 1.5 billion dollar projects completing for funding dollars so close…who ever crosses the anode finish line first will take all…that’s my call using your tin foily hat.  NOU will shop their graphite to NGC for anode processing…GM and Panasonic, if they are smart, will diversify their risk and bet on both horses but that's another conversation.

To note:  NOU's last financing lead by BMO was a disaster...they have burned through that cash and burned BMO in the process...that bridge is gone and you once you get a reputation like that in this industry, tough to go back to the trough...when you burn your financiers, especially tier one financiers...again, I believe GM and Panasonic took steps today to mitigate their own risk today and save a sinking ship funding wise.   A ship they had previous financial ties to etc... The commitment of only 25 million, and rest conditional, supports that.  Wait for the near future news releases re new board members from Panasonic to NOU's board etc, it's coming.

RE Graphex...good points, but in the fine print of the Treasury's guidance you see very strong undertones that the US government will not allow Chinese tech period...I don't care how you dress it up, change this, change that, up-list here...%100 US that...it's still Chinese tech at the end of the day.   You can put lipstick on a pig and it's still a pig.  The gov't will not let a Chinese spinoff, a wolf in sheep's clothing, undermine the entire IRA, putting at risk everything.  Will never happen.  So if you are the CEO of Graphex I don't know, maybe start looking for another job?...I sure hope Northern is looking to hire another CEO shortly...throw in an application?

RE Forge Nano....okay, you got me there.  I don't know a lot about their tech and their relationship with NOU, I fold there…but what I will say is that you have to agree that their tech is relatively new, untested real world over an historical extended period of time...Graphex on the other hand, their tech has been validated through years and years of real world commercial production, they have both history and success on their side...I believe they are two different examples...one is worldly validated, and the other, Forge Nano, lab and field tested...yes, validated by Panasonic in a lab, but it's not been around real world commercialization etc…it’s not the same…and NOU is betting the farm on that.  Good luck with that.

Student zero, have yourself a good day.  You are still bat crazy but you definitely have been around the block and know some things, fo sho ya do.
