RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:NGC Management, ie Hugues, are a JOKE, I'll tell you why...Gorilladome47,

You stated "
Student zero.  Okay, your definitely growing on me.  Frenchie is still my favourite, but your gaining ground.   I can't believe you called me a “wannabe” comedian...hurt then, still hurts now.  Wow."

It's 1student. not Student zero.  Thanks

In regards to Nouveau Monde Graphite, it's nice that you chooose to entirely disagree with me.
After all, I wouldn't want to get too comfortable with you being so nice to me. Remember that according to you I am older than Bisset Creek dirt and yet I do so relish opposition to my own understanding of the facts as they are. Discussion of the facts as they are known is invariably good and a better dialogue is always more conducive to uncovering the facts known to both you and I Gorilladome47.
Also, you and I both know it's hardly likely that I do anything "
possibly, most likely inadvertently". "Purpose" is always the primary driver at the genisis of all action and lack thereof.
It was necessary for me to "one up you" and so, that is what needed to be done with a specific purpose in mind, my purpose. You changing your tune toward me was intended, it was my purpose in influencing the requisite change of tune. Again, it's all about purpose Gorilladome47.

You stated " I know for a fact NOU is burning through lots of cash...things are not as cool, calm and collected as they appear and there are significant problems and issues in house."

Wow! You have a vivid imagination Gorilladome47
You suggest NOU will never get built. I expect you are referring to the Becancour full scale SPCG "BAM" process manufacturing facility and the Matawine graphite mine, Phase 2?

You said "
NOU's last financing lead by BMO was a disaster...they have burned through that cash and burned BMO in the process...that bridge is gone and you once you get a reputation like that in this industry, tough to go back to the trough...when you burn your financiers, especially tier one financiers."

I am quite happy to hear that BMO somehow got burned by it's involvement in that NOU equity financing initiative. I read something about that here somewhere. I certainly don't feel bad for banks when their positions are made to take a bath, so to speak.
I makes me very happy to know that BMO was taxed a litlle in order to support Nouveau Monde Graphite.
After all, I am sure BMO and the other Quebec financial houses made out like bandits during that planned, engineered, orchestrated, spooled up and triggered run up to $27.40 during late 2020 and early 2021. That was a thing of beauty I tell ya.
Let's see if Northern Graphite Corporation can pull something similar off.
Wouldn't that be sweet. A NGC.V share price move from $0.22 cents to $22.00, with a couple of share consolidations, a NASDAQ- listed SPAC deal and some final pushes up to $22.00 to $33.00?

By the way, simply just hang on to your thoughts about NOU not succeeding, i.e. until the coming follow-up news release for NMG that is.

In regards to Graphex Technologies LLC, I will reiterate that you are wrong about your understanding of what a foreign entity of concern is defined as being. You say it will never happen and yet I am not the only one who knows different Gorilladome47.
I also know the various reasons why the technological IP enabled process manufacturing capabilities need to migrate into the possession of the interested party or those "interested parties" who have "financially fronted" the formation and NASDAQ-listing of that particular SPAC.
Understand that in certain specific cases, especially when the interests held by or on behalf of a German industrial titan is also concerning the US of A, the art of the possible will trump your misunderstanding of what is to be at any turn.
If a German industrial titan, e.g.
BASF or Heraeus Group, is deemed a foreign entity of concern by the US of A. The geopolitical world order as we've known it would be no more and Europe's Champion, Germany, would trurn it's back to the U.S. and Canada and go about welcoming not only Russia and all that Rusian natural gas and oil back into the fold.
It's multidimensional geopolitical and geoeconomics involving chess; not checkers Gorilladome47.
The U.S stance on such pivotal issues can remain to rigid and risk permanent breakage or it can be made to remain stratigically flexible enough to accomodate and thereby remain intact.

Forge Nano's technological innovations in graphite spheronization, purification and coating may be new to you; and yet it's not new to the highly skilled materials sciences professional persons who have known for the longest time.
If you are asking me which of the two technological capabilities in process manufacturing SPCG "BAM" I would prefer for Northern graphite Corporation to adopt in manufacturing
SPG "BAM" which would be necessarily proprietarily coated with the Heraeus Group owned "PorocarbTM" High-performance porous hard carbon anode and cathodes additive coating material, I would obviously chose Heraeus Group and BASF over the Forge Nano process.

Once again, don't fixate on Nouveau Monde Graphite failing or succeeding.
Focus on Northern Graphite Corporation suceeding with the plan to be more comprehensively detailed for we NGC equities investors very soon.

From this
bats_ _ t crazy, old as Bissett Creek dirt and been more than just around the block for a lifetime 1student,  I bid thee a good day as well Goriladome47
