Neograph expired February 13 as it was extended for one year in August of 2023. That extension was one year from the date of the first announcement. If management could find a telephone booth they do not have enough money to make a local call.

The only news that matters at this point in time is FINANCING and a wack of it. I imagine they are struggling to find non dilutive financing as they have said many times that is what they are doing. I hope so.
I am sure everyone has noticed that since they hired a VP of communication and two IR firms the share price has headed straight down. A little help in financing gentleman, get rid of non performers it's called reducing expenses.
i suppose since I have written this management will get all the financing we need and I will look stupid but not the first time I have looked stupid. Actually if they announce financing next week I would wear a dunce hat and sit in the corner after all I spent most of grade 1 there.
