Northern also announces that it has granted a total of 1,011,000 stock options to new employees and an officer of a subsidiary pursuant to the Company’s Stock Option Plan.  These stock options are exercisable to purchase common shares of the Company at an exercise price of $0.35 per share for a period of five years expiring on February 27, 2029. The stock options granted vest one-third on the first, second and third anniversary dates of the grant.

CEO, COO, CSO? Which kind of "officer" had been appointed to NGCBMG and why exactly

Youknowwhat, I must have entirely missed the company press release wherein NGC representatives stated that Michael Grimm was appointed to the position of President of NGCBMG. Would you or anybody else reading this please extend me the courtesy in pointing out were within the recent company press release said specifc appointment was stated in informing all NGC shareholders at the same moment? By

I pulled the following from a January 31 2024 news release, I guess we assume who will lead means he is El Presidente.  Where did you find the 200,000 options issued to Mr Grimm? Is this the VP of communications issue? I would think so. I know I overlooked that youknowwhat. I just didn't note the word President in any of the NGC press releases. Had I actually read the words "Michael Grimm has been appointed President of NGCBMG,  I would have remembered Michael Grimm being appointed as Presitent of NGCBMG. It's not the biggest of miscommunications on the part of NGC management. that's for sure. There have
