NeoGraf Option Was Like An Albatross Around NGC's Neck
The NGC option to in part or in whole purchase NGC NeoGraf Solutions LLC , an option that was announced without the necessary and accompanying information and was predominantly the reason for the collapse of the NGC.V share price from more than 100% higher NGC share price points.
That NGC option to pruchase NGC NeoGraf Solutions LLC had everybody and their cousins running for the exits because of the obvious massive and material investment equity dilution which would have most certainly resulted had NGC elected to exercise, in part or in whole, said option and consummated such a deal with NeoGraf Solutions LLC.
Even though that NeoGraf Solutions LLC impediment to the NGC.V share price perhaps being somehow allowed to be moved upward no longer exists, it's certainly not as tough the Northern Graphite Corporation picture being broadcasted is any clearer; nor can NGC's standing with this 10 years in development and not as yet commercially viable "PorocarbTM" candidate product actually any better than the previous seeming albatross around the neck of Northern Graphite Corporation.
Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes et al dropped one albatross around the neck of NGC and only recently may have picked up a not as yet commercially viable "PorocarbTM" candidate product which is for now considered to be clearly representative of white elephant.
Dropping and albatross and before hand buying a white elephant. that is what Hugues Jacquemin, Greggory Bowes et al seemed to have accomplished.
