There doesn't seem to be anybody interested in taking part in an NGC private placement equity financing initiative priced at $0.15, with attached warrants exercisable at $0.20; not then and not now, i.e. unless "Sprott" Imerys and "friends" wanted to pony up that much capital investment in order to have the "NeoGraf" option exercised, which they absolutely did not
