Off Track Question for longs

With all the jabbering about Fuel Positive, I have missed any conversation on the Eestor capacitor development. Was there any announcements that the facility was sold off? Are they still looking for licensing contracts? They can't just jump from one development to another and expect that all their investors have amnesia. Thanks to any informed poster. I am not interested in opinions though.

snippet from the most recent MD&A .... The Company holds certain technology rights to solid-state capacitor and related energy storage technologies currently under further advancements with strategic third parties. so the answers are: they haven't done any conversation on EEStor capaacitor's recently. No it wasn't sold off... yes, they say they are still looking - but ...more

Thanks. Not too sure that IC really has a handle on what their goal is besides pr. Confidence can only be stirred in 12-24 hr bursts with this management history.

In every one of the many webinars that Ian has given in the past few months he's explained the status of their capacitor program. Watch those presentations and you'll know as much as the rest of us.

You'll learn more than what's in the financials too

because the financials will only show you big salaries and no revenue.  Webinars you can listen to Ian make false promises that never transpire.

No question Ian Clifford is overpaid for what he has done, but without him the stock would have died long ago.  I would have preferred that his comp was more aligned with sharholder value, but such is life.  If this venture is a winner Ian will make $500 million on options etc, and I have now problem with that.

All this talk about CEO compensation. Doesn't the board set it? Aren't all CEOs overpaid nowadays? Have you not seen the numerous headlines of so and so CEO drives company into the ground AND CEO gets a massive bonus or golden parachute. Why pick on this guy who, without him this stock world have died many times over. He never gives up. He always finds a way to keep going and let's get ...more

I am with you on this one.  Most Corporate CEO's are GROSSLY overpaid.  Board governance is focussing on keeping Director out of jail.  Most CEO's have little or no "skin in the game".  Decent salaries are fine .  Options need to be minimum 2 years hold, rather than 3 months.  I have no problem with a guy making 70 million per year, when it is msotly ...more

Go to their last webinar. on their website Clifford talks about a new development involving NASA, but is evasive.

We know Clifford very well, seems he is still filled with wishful thinking or worst he is being deceitful. Why not it's worked or him personally in the past. Remeber EEstor was going to do amazing things in collaboration with Lockheed Martin. It all amounted to pissing in the wind. Where is that phoney Richard Weir, does anybody know?
