RE:Gordon has the patentsI don't know the whole storey but I don't think Gordon holds the patent on making NH3, He holds a patent for one way of making NH3 but I am assuming that the Doctor and team took his original idea and reinvented it (came up with a new process because Gordons was not ecconomical)
Eestor wants the new ecconomical tech, not the old, so it would make sense for them to work with the current team would it not?
