FuelPositive Corp > Gordon has the patents

Gordon has the patents

Not that the invention is economically viable but still his party.
The Doctor only has applications submitted or pending.
Long and winding road ahead.
Comment by qwerty76 on Mar 09, 2021 8:40pm
I don't know the whole storey but I don't think Gordon holds the patent on making NH3, He holds a patent for one way of making NH3 but I am assuming that the Doctor and team took his original idea and reinvented it (came up with a new process because Gordons was not ecconomical) Eestor wants the new ecconomical tech, not the old, so it would make sense for them to work with the current ...more

US8778293B2 if the "new" design/patent is similar to his working refridgerator unit  i am sure he will cry infringement. not going anywhere without the old guy. and again economicly a black hole.
Comment by Eric69 on Mar 11, 2021 12:30am
I don't know the whole story either.  But if this patent was issued in 2014 per the website, then it is strange that it has not been developed.  Could be that developement has now been done, and it is ready for production/licensing.  Hopefully it can sorted out as to who will take it public.  NHHH has just completed a $1 M placement, plus, I am sure that some of the lower ...more

Fdesloges is a fraud and belongs in prison. Through his twisted fairy tales, he has plunged both PLI shareholders and Eestor shareholders into ruin, despite better knowledge, and induced them to buy shares. So that he, who by now had insight into the companies due to confidentiality agreements, could sell his falsely invested shares at a reasonably high price.
Comment by Meimar1 on Mar 12, 2021 10:44pm
And Eestorfanfibb, who also liked to call himself "Bubble of Bliss", is just as much a fool as his buddy TB, who always went out for coffee with Ian and was happy when Ian served him fairy tales.

Anyone who knows me knows that I am very critical of Mr IC. However, I think with this news that it is the best news in a long time. The prerequisite is that IC tells us the truth this time. And the prerequisite is that IC has carried out a careful review of the patent rights. If that is the case, then I have a positive attitude. I just hope they make adequate compensation to Gordon. And I hope ...more

DINCER HAS NO PATENT. Ask for patent number.

Okay, thanks for the information. I'll write to Gordon again tomorrow.

Digs deeper, Dr. Dincer and NH3 Hydro Fuel Inc. are one in the same. In they're website under about they claim to have filed 20 provisional patents. And you can read through and find them. https://www.nh3fuel.com/index.php/about

Excellent question....any plausible answer out there?
Comment by Eric69 on Apr 07, 2021 1:30am
Very strange.  Two companies have signed and exclusive deal with Dr Dincer and the Tech University of Ontario.  How can this be.  Something is not kosher here.
Comment by JasonBilly on Apr 07, 2021 11:25am
You can ask Dr. Dincer the question I've just asked him: which company is it? I've only just emailed him and he hasn't replied yet, if he does at all. But if he doesn't, I might just forward my email to OSC or maybe a reporter on the Star or the Globe. Or both. Here's Dr. Dincer's email address, easily googled, for you or anyone else who wants to give it a try: ibrahim ...more

Got a reply already. Very polite and prompt. He has two different agreements with both companies. Evidently they're different technologies.
Comment by ted831 on Apr 07, 2021 7:57pm
is there someway we can get an explanation what is the difference in the technologies , its the same ammonia nh3 .
Comment by Eric69 on Apr 09, 2021 12:54am
Worth a try.  If I had to guess, one patent is for the production of NH3magically from Hydrogen and water, and the other is for burning it in an ICE.  A third possibility may be for the breakdown of the NH3 to N2 and H2 for fuel cell use, thus turning the NH3 into a storage facility for Hydrogen.  So maybe there will a thrid technology agreement.  That would really muddle ...more

Volume off, stock slipping?  Without some real news slippage will continue.  Clifford needs to clarify these agreements with Dr. Dincer to maintain credibility.  Calling OSC will do little.  An announcment of substance, like  a deal for commercialization .

Hey Eric, I sent you a DM.
Comment by oilersfan on Apr 13, 2021 1:13pm
The mythical Fibb is back.  Eric I wouldn't put 100% faith in Fibb's information.  Based on past history nothing has come true.  Well what do you expect from a guy who calls himself Fibb.   Fibb still can't tell me 1 thing Ian Clifford has been successful with over the last 20 years of this company.
Comment by Fibb22 on Apr 13, 2021 1:54pm
Hey there, Well, if/when the TSX approves it he will have purchased green ammonia IP from Dr. Dincer. I'm curious to know what your other aliases are.  Were you ever on any of the various slack rooms?  BTW, are you a fan of the Edmonton Oilers?
Comment by oilersfan on Apr 13, 2021 2:28pm
If it gets approved that he buys the IP from Dincer who will Ian have to build the units?  Will he actually sell a product?  He has no staff.  He spent how many years pissing around with a capacitor that he couldn't sell.  Fuel Positive has never made an honest dollar from a sale of a product. How many times has he changed the name of the company to hide the past failures?& ...more

Hey there, I'm not going to address ancient history.  I'm only going to discuss current activities, claims and plans.  Regarding the your first question, we don't know the name of the firm yet as it's not currently public information but Ian said at the AGM that there is a manufacturing partner involved in their plan to build shipping container sized ammonia plants for ...more
Comment by oilersfan on Apr 13, 2021 4:47pm
Not adressing the past is not responsible to new shareholders.  Past history usally repeats itself.  Ian has not delivered on any of his promises.  Ian's timelines have never been realistic.  Should we hear about this deal well before summer?    He was not successful at licensing the magical capacitor.  Why is that?  What makes you think that he will be ...more

You've repeated these negative notions an awful lot here.  I think we get what your position is with regards to the FP's past.  I can help with one question but then I'm just going to move on. You asked why Ian wasn't successful at licensing the CMBT tech.  This is his explanation.  Again from the AGM presentation. "Looking back over the course of 2018 ...more

REPEATING PREVIOUS STATEMENT. DINCER HAS NO PATENTS TO DO WITH CREATION OF AMMONIA. GORDON DOES. SEARCH THE PATENT OFFICE FOR YOURSELF.
Comment by Fibb22 on Apr 13, 2021 7:00pm
All caps. How rude.  Anyway, yes we all have seen you post this notion many times. There is no reason to fret though.  Dincer and his team have the ammonia generating nuts. I wouldn't be surprised if Dincer has numerous patent applications in process.  I'm quite pleased FP has Dincer's IP locked down (assuming TSX approval).   Moving on! Cheers!
Comment by GeorgeGorge on Apr 13, 2021 7:13pm
I may be rude but i am no liar.
Comment by Fibb22 on Apr 13, 2021 7:19pm
I don't recall anyone calling you a liar.
Comment by oilersfan on Apr 14, 2021 10:12am
I don't think he said you called him a liar.  Read it again FIBB and you may understand a bit more what he was alluding to.
Comment by oilersfan on Apr 14, 2021 10:11am
That is a polite way to say the product was sub par and nobody wanted it.  If it was the latest and greatest the Chinese company would have bought the company if tarrifs were an issue.  It was always over hyped.  Ian, FD, yourself and many others tried to put lipstick on the pig.  If Ian was really concerned about financially funding the company then why didn't he ever take ...more

Ian has moved warrants that expire this month to next year.  60 cent warrants.  What does that tell you.  He doesn't even believe the stock can surpass 60 cents in the next few months.  So it's long long away before Fuel Positive has any kind of success.  The pump did it's trick to get money in.  The next event with Fuel Positive will be another private ...more
