Who is this intended for and what is the issue re the $5 million (recent PP)?

I did'nt see anything that would merit that comment and I do check regularly. There are no issues that I am aware of even though I am not exactly happy with the way and and speed in which the company has progressed. Especially with a huge drop in stock value on very large volume. As far as I know the old contenscious issue of who owns the patents has been resolved. If not there would have been a suit by now.
