Surge Battery Metals intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing for gross proceeds of up to $2 million (the "Financing"), which is expected to consist of up to 20,000,000 units (each, a "Unit"), with each Unit comprised of one common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant") at a price of $0.10 per Unit, or such other price per unit determined by the Company's management in compliance with TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") pricing regulations.
