Who's going to head NKW now????????

Who's going to head NKW now????????

Now that the Evergreen Line has selected SNC Lavalin for construction who will head NaiKun???

A group of companies headed by SNC-Lavalin has been selected to build the next rapid transit line in Metro Vancouver.

The B.C. government says it will work with the group to sign the final agreement to design, build and finance the Evergreen SkyTrain extension from Burnaby to Coquitlam.

The 11-kilometre line will include elevated and ground level tracks, a two-kilometre tunnel and seven stations and connect to the Millennium Line station at Lougheed Mall.

Construction is estimated to cost $1.4 billion and the line is planned to open in 2016.

The SNC-Lavalin team includes several other companies, such as Graham Building Services, International Bridge Technologies and Jacobs Associates Canada Corp.

SNC-Lavalin also headed up construction of the Canada Line rapid transit system that links downtown Vancouver with Vancouver International Airport in Richmond.

As we all know, Michael O'Connor was "responsible for the design, construction and commissioning of the $1.7-billion transit project before the 2010 Winter Olympics."

Oh well, back to the drawing board.  Was this his plan when he finished the Canada Line?  Get an obscene salary travelling the world while doing very little work until the next Light Rapid Transit line contract is awarded.  I guess he can still be President of NKW while building the Evergreen Line since NKW doesn't seem require a lot of time anyways.
