Pretty good investment for Joe. Puts up $700,000 for control of $2.6 million. Wonder what he was doing before he started to "work with the company's board of directors, Mike O'Connor (chief executive officer of the company), and the company's officers, employees, consultants, suppliers (including Siemens) and staff to complete the project." Not working with the company? Incredible!!!
