Greater certaintyAs the company said earlier in the year: "Once there is greater certainty as it relates to both the markets and the future progress of the project, the Company will look at raising sufficient funds to maintain its reduced level of activity into the future."
I interpret the above that a market for the electricity could be found, in addition in getting the project approved.
Nice to see also a new board member appointed and stock options issued.
