I’m wondering if there was a misquote on the cost of the road, because $2 million wouldn’t cover the legal fees, engineering and surveying then add the road contractors, gravel and bridges etc.
Something wrong here.
PS: if you make and use it in –40 degree weather as a winter road only,then you might get away with 2mill. +
