decent spec. gecko namibia owns 30% of the stock as of feb 21 2018 reporting. gerald james mcconnell owns 12% of the stock as of feb 28 2018 reporting.  looks like he unloaded half his position. ...more

That is completely faulty logic.  The dilution brings in $4M (your logic may have some wheels if they simply gave away the shares).  With that math, good thing the PP isn't for 158.7M ...more

The PP is now issuing 21.6M shares and they have 158.7M outstanding currently. SP should drop 13.6% on May 9th   If it stays .26 that will be .225 trick is will it go up or down between now ...more

Good move today on decent volume. We must be getting close to closing off the $3 million placement. After that I imagine lots of news to come, as they have quite an extensive land package to explore.
