back in June 2017 Gerald Mcconnell acquired +24,000,000 at $0.0042

I suppose he transffered the same today for tax purposes. I also think there is a big news coming hence it does not look good if an insider is disposing of shares publicly... therefore it made sense to sell them at cost privately ,,, my guess to an entity which is probably controlled by a trust etc....

SEDI provides a lot of clarity.... 

Just my opinion ... and am just guessing but seems logical to assume that shares was sold privately so that it does not to seem like he is offloading shares when the share price takes off when big news does come....SOON!!!!
