am i missing something here? why would you dispose it at such a low price if the stock is taking an upward momentum? 0.004$ vs 0.21$. Someone enlighten me please.

back in June 2017 Gerald Mcconnell acquired +24,000,000 at $0.0042 I suppose he transffered the same today for tax purposes. I also think there is a big news coming hence it does not look good if an insider is disposing of shares publicly... therefore it made sense to sell them at cost privately ,,, my guess to an entity which is probably controlled by a trust etc.... It means nothing to whatever is going on with NRE.  Definitely some tax issue - family, donations, etc (i don't know!).  If memory serves me correctly, he has gifted shares before - with Etruscan.  I was more making a bad joke about it. Main reason i got involved again was his uncanny ability to build a stock up.  Mind you, this has taken a f* of a lot longer than i could ...more
