Drying facility

They already have a licence for one drying facility. Last year they thought their licence was good for three facilities. They found out it wasn't. That is why they had to apply for another licence. The question is "how many kilos can they dry with their existing licence, should they not obtain the other licence on time?" They said last year that they harvested 12,000 kilos but were they able to dry it all?
