Stiffupperlip: More like very cautious optimism to me. Betting on NSE is essentially a bet on Venezuelan politics. The presidential elections will be held 2nd half this year 2024. If the current regime wins fair and square then lets hope that they don't change the regulatory rules like they have so many times in the past, effectively expropriating assets without compensation.
