Agree/disagree/speculation……… Hey “Xstorm2/spaceman007”,
Your recent posts suggest that the only thing you believe about the
Feb 21st News Release announcing the sale of the 51% ownership of the P0S-BPC facility is that it was sold. You also appear to believe that the sale was necessitated by NSP not being able to close the PP.
In recent posts I have stated my opinion in regards to both those items; I obviously disagree with you but no point me trying to convince you otherwise.
At this point it doesn’t really matter since:
- the 51% ownership of P0S-BPC has been sold
- the proceeds from the sale are in the bank
- the PP is cancelled
So for now the company has sufficient working capital for the ongoing day to day operations.

After reading the
PP Cancelled – News Release several times the following comments stand out and have me speculating:
1. “….the current offering should be cancelled
until further notice.”
2. “the Company feels it
does not need to finance at this time.” “…
NSE will be opportunistic in assessing another financing for potential acquisitions or accretive growth targets."
The following is
100% my speculation:
1. The PP is cancelled or it’s not – why state “until further notice”. I suspect that there is/was one or more parties willing to take down a sizable chunk of the PP and that they are still willing to do so in a new PP under more favorable conditions.
2. Looking back at the
P0S-BPC Sale – News Release it stated “… Douglas Mason states "... This immediately adds non-dilutive cash to our operations and
allows us to explore and execute on other opportunities the Company has been researching.” I suspect that NSP has already identified a potential acquisition or accretive growth target(s) and will act on it/them when market conditions are more favorable to a new PP.
The company has previously stated that future growth will not be by organic growth alone.
Use or flush – your choice!
